Thanks, my problem is I've tried to get support from AVSIM they claim not to have any record of my account....

 

AVSIM doesn't support PMDG products. PMDG does, and I can definitely see you in our system.

Well I meant for the AVSIM site, sorry about the confusion, I have redownloaded the navdata and will test it out again when I have the time to do so. Thanks for the help.
