View previous orders? Nothing is there

 

Most of the time, this is because someone is logging in with the wrong account info after purchasing stuff on one email, and then later on another. Looks like you have two accounts with us. If you want them merged, submit a ticket with the email of the old account, and the email of the account you want to keep.
