Curious where you heard FS2006 was being released in November? The FS community would have caught wind of it before now if that were the case. I'd continue enjoying FS9 my friend.-JeremyThe Ozark DogfighterHappy Flying!

Welcome to the forum. There is no preview of FS10. MS has not announced anything about the next version. But, for sure, it will not be released in November. Mid-next year is probably the earliest date we'll see anything.Doug

News may be released this November about FS10 though!!!!!I occasionally check out a couple of the blogs by the FS Devs and two of them (one of them being a project manager) say the are looking forward to providing more information about FS10 soon. Quote from PMs mouth:"Anyway, I'm sure people's curiosity will be satisfied soon enough and that just about everyone will find something to be pleasantly suprised by."http://blogs.msdn.com/tdragger/With Microsoft and such a big game, I'm thinking November 2007 is the scheduled release date and seeing how most other FS versions information has come out about a year in advance, I hope that this quote means November 06 is when we hear about the next version.Just my two cents,John

You have *got* to be the ultimate optimist. How you can wring two specific dates out of such a vague statement is beyond me.Many of us read those blogs too but, unlike you, we all realize they cannot, and will not, reveal any time lines for the release of FS.Keep checking the MS website for the official announcement. That's where it will be revealed first.Cal (CYXX)

<>So you really think it is going to be over 2 years from now when the next version is released?I don't think it will take that long. Might as well call it FS2008 by that time.Scott

Hmmm. I agree.

Mr. Gilbert, since you are on the FS team would you like to chime in here and give us a hint??? :D

Actually, this isn't the only blog and not the first time it has been mentioned. I'm drawing a conclusion based on numerous posts and taken into context it seems to be the case. There have too many posts that have said I can't wait to let more information come out soon, and you will all know soon enough. I'm just making an educated guess!!!Later,JohnP.S. Bush Sucks!!!!!!

As I see it he just did, didn't he?

<>I will put it another way. You HOPE it's going to take this LOOOOOOONG????? Thats over a year away, just to have an announcement. I kinda hope November 05 is when we hear about it. HUH?Scott

Yes, he did. :-)
