February 18, 201610 yr ...for the return of those RTWR heroes, I have cobbled together a flight as a consolation. NCA trip starting at A30 Scott Valley (because that's where the dart landed) taking in various little burgs (passing over Crater Lake) along the way to 77S Hobby.(Very, very nice airport from Orbx if you haven't got it. Very, very nice airport if you do have it) Twelve stops altogether, longest leg 38nm, shortest 13nm, total distance 212nm. All the runways are sensible! Flight plan Kick off = Usual time. Aircraft = Run what ya brung, but don't go sodding off into the distance! Fly as a group. I'll probably use a Cherky. The World is divided into two groups. Those who say "Give me a link" and those that provide the link. WWG1WGA
February 19, 201610 yr Thanks, Ron. The Cherokee sounds like a plan! Edit to add: In looking over our route out of Medford, Oregon, we pass quite close to Eagle Point National Cemetery, where my dad is buried. The cemetery can be easily seen a couple of miles east of our route as we pass over the town of Eagle Pt. Stew "Different dog, different fleas"
