Every time there is an update with FSFX

Keven, i don't believe that these issues stem from FSFX. I just installed V3.2 and after reinstalling vfx and FSUIPC4, everything is fine but all my addons on my list like RAAS,GSX,ETC on the main sim windows are gone. P3D, bless their hearts, are at least doing updates but until there is some stability, we are always going to have this problem.

I get the same error and here's my theory as to why it occurs. If one uninstalled P3d V2 and then installed P3d V3, the registry entries for V2 remain. My uneducated guess is that the FSFX installer is checking that there is a registry entry for P3d V2, but no FSUIPC4.dll in the modules folder (which of course no longer exists).

So you did not "uninstall" P3D v2 you simply removed the sim folder?

Keven,

No, that's how the uninstall worked with V2 on my system (Win10). I've noticed that other people have experienced this also.

Alright, a solution to this would be to go in the Registry Editor in VFXCentral's preferences and remove the P3Dv2 entry.

Keven
