Greetings,

I installed Eric Marciano's Radar 2.0 using FS Panel Studio FS9/Windows 7, after a few minutes or so CTD. Anybody having any problems, or any solutions to fixing it. I went back to his previous version (free), and I have no problems. Any help would be appreciated.

Well, since you have pinpointed the cause of the CTD is Radar 2.0 and or FS Panel Studio, you would get better support by posting in the appropriate forum (FS9).  So I will move it there as the users of FS9 seem to have an in-depth knowledge of FS9 and the associated add-ons.

Thanks Jim Young for moving my post. Another problem that I also experienced is when exiting the program (if I didn't get a CTD) the radar is preventing FS9 from shutting down normally. Getting the error mesage Microsoft Flight Simulator has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program.

are the latest fsuipc versions. As I recall this was used for the radar gauges. Note the reference that may apply about certificate problems. Pete went round and around to get the certificate problem fixed and up until this version certification was removed.

 

I have no problem with FSPS under Win 7. You might check panel.cfg for the correct entries.

Thanks for the reply...however Radar 2.0 doesn't use FSUIPC. I just sent an email to eric Marciano (hopefully i will get a response from him) however, I will appreciate any advice from the AVSIM community.
