Support Ticket Submission

Featured Replies

Have made 4 attempts to submit a Support Ticket in the last 30 minutes. Each time, the New Ticket.aspx hangs, then times out.

Any idea what is happening?

Thanks.

Rick,

Not sure what the issue is.  We have received a number of tickets today without any issues so it should be working.   Can you try another browser or possibly another computer?

Thanks, Paul.

Just made another try and all I see in the browser window after pressing Submit, is a circling Connecting. Using the latest Firefox.

Much as I utterly detest Microsoft's Edge, I'll reluctantly have try with that browser, or Chrome.

Just made yet another attempt, with Google Chrome. Same scenario except this browser window shows 'New Ticket......' and a spinning circle.

Going nowhere fast with this.

Just tried in Chrome and it worked immediately for me. If it's happening across browsers, I'd almost say it's a firewall or browser add-in type of issue, though the former is pretty unlikely...I was able to shoot a ticket out from the FAA, and the firewall/filter here is pretty strict.

Thanks, Kyle. Will disable all my Firefox add-ons, although that really does not make a great deal of sense as the Chrome install was a completely 'virgin' install, no add-ons, and I still had a hang.

Still, willing to try anything.
