October 7, 200520 yr I'd appreciate any advice. I've purchased NOD32 as a download. In the confirmation email, I'm to download from a link on their site (www.eset.com). It is not an active link; nor are any of the eset.com links mentioned in the confirmation email. This includes links for manuals and documentation as well as technical support (my reason for turning to this forum.) Has anyone else experienced this? I'd ask them if I could...
