What percentage of traffic are you able to run in P3D and still get good performance?

I think I've seen a lot of people comment 25% or less to keep performance up.  I think I'm running airlines 15 and GA at 10.  Maybe even a little lower.

Late addition to this thread, but wanted to say this fix worked for me and thanks for all the help.  I'm usually so late in the game to update my products that the solutions to my problems are already up on the boards by the time I need them, so this time I thought I'd say thanks to those who provide all the answers!

I run 40% airlines and 25% GA with the Traffic Optimizer set at 100 aircraft and I only see hits on performance at really big airports like KATL etc.. At these activity level settings without the TO, one will have close to 500 aircraft in the user's reality bubble when flying near a big international airport. When you combine that amount of AI aircraft with dense building autogen and increased road traffic in urban areas, the impact on performance is deadly.
