Yep I got the A36 and could not even fly it the framerates were so bad. I tried to get a refund but, they never responded. :( I deleted it and will not be buying anything else from them.Hawk

The refund isn't completely open-ended, but gives you a very reasonable 30 days. It also has been known for users to change email addresses and for their emails to be trapped by spam filters at the various ISPs.Either way, if you chose not to use them again the loss is yours.Alastair

I think you've cut off your nose to spite your face, Hawk! There could have been any number of 'innocent' reasons why you didn't get a reply. In my experience Flight1 bend over backwards to help out - and thus keep you as a potential customer of future products. I can't imagine them simply ignoring you..Ian
