April 8, 201610 yr Commercial Member Window 10 Go into the Start Menu and type "problem" (no quotes). In the list, you should see "View All Problem Reports." Click on that, and find P3D in the list. Open the latest report and paste the text here. Kyle Rodgers

April 9, 201610 yr after i reinstall P3D work ok but when i select PMDG737 it like close automatic and no any crash message and can't find at View All Problem Reports and Eventveiwer You solved the kernelbase errors? Often related to a corrupt user profile. Problems launching an add-on such as PMDG could be caused by a problem in the dll.xml file. If you are not familiar with this file then I suggest you open a trouble ticket at PMDG product support and attach a copy of it along with description of problem. Dan Downs KCRP
April 26, 201610 yr Hi: Now I have the same problem. I'm not very good with computers y just like flying. Like many others I do not have enough time to research what to do and most likely a solution cause other problems, I'm tired of this and I can not solve it. If you find an easy solution please share it . Jorge Novelo

If you find an easy solution please share it . A Kernelbase.dll error is not a PMDG-specific error. It could be related to an overclock, peripheral software, or how you've set up your computer. I get that you like to fly without worrying about the computer stuff, but until all computers are made by a singular manufacturer to an exact standard, with an operating system that is built only for that hardware specification, without allowing any changes by the user, you're going to have to do a little troubleshooting for your own computer's uniqueness. Otherwise, your only other option to enjoy flying without having to worry about computers would be to avoid the computer and go rent a plane. Kyle Rodgers
