Hi Frank

For Win 10:

Go to:  Control Panel -> Language -> Add a Language -> English -> English United States.

Download and install it.

Reboot your computer.

You should now see ENGLISH US available as an option in the Speech Recognizer Language setting drop down menu.

If not, go to Control Panel -> Speech.    You may have to download an additional item there (a speech component).

When all is done, run the Voice Training.
