Typically you want to operate in the region between 3600 to 6300 nm.

 

Max range at MZFW (max payload) is 3600

Max range at MTOW (max take-off weight) is 6300.

Max range at MFW (max fuel and zero payload) is 8100 or so. This one is used for ferry flights.

I would deliver a Garuda Indonesia MD-11 to Denpasar. Or an Ethiopian to Addis Adaba. Check very carefully if it can be done though, you'll be flying at the absolute maximum range of the ship

Here is a route from Long Beach to Addis Adaba which is just under 8000 Kilometers.
