Is this only for Australian version of PC Aviator, not for American version of PC Aviator?

Hasn't the B1B Lancer been freeware for some time? It's listed here at 17.96 AU $ http://www.pcaviator.com.au/store/product.php?productid=18600&cat=727&page=1 . Or is there a different version? From the screenshots it looks the same though.

 

Edit: There is indeed a payware version of the Lancer available at virtavia.com. However it is listed as FSX native, while the one in the link is for FS2004.
