Hello. Can anybody explain to me when do you use strobe-steady lights in Boeing 737-800 PMDG NGX and what is the difference between putting the switch in the middle or pushing it completely? I know it's very complicated aircraft. I've already had it for like 3 months and I've done some nice flights.

Found the AIM reference in the first and third Google search result (I searched for "Aircraft Light Usage").  The AIM is FAA, but I'm pretty sure the same rules apply for ICAO.
