Does anyone know if FSX or an FSX weather ad-on facilitates the imagery of snow accumulation onto an aircraft that is stationary at an airport?  Just curious.. And as an added bonus does it effect the flight if you attempt to takeoff with ice/snow accumulation on the airfoil?  (keep in mind I am ignorant of this because I do not yet have FSX on any PC. 

Short answer is no, snow will no accumulate on anything, however I think there might be a few ORBX airports that have something similar, but aside from that snow will not accumulate on anything.
