June 4, 201610 yr Well, it's time to fetch the holidaymakers back from Tenerife to sunny Manchester. Taxiing out to runway 8. Bye, bye Tenerife! Lanzarote Slowing the big girl down - being vectored to runway 5R at Manchester Ended up being told to follow a Maule on finals. I couldn't see it and was a little high on the glideslope trying to practice a bit more hand flying. ATC told me to go around! First time I've had THEM tell ME in my short return to simming, rather than me calling a missed approach. Interesting stuff! (to me anyway, lol) Being vectored back around to land at 5L. (I perhaps should buy the mesh for the UK. Unsure whether to buy photoreal scenery to go with it though..) Rubbish landing to the left of the centreline! :( Heading to the gate.
