1. I don't have anything called Flexnet on my computer

2. As said.. the default airplane is the red ultralight.

 

This problem is annoying me because I have to restart FSX over and over to get a good spawn!

Open the Start Menu and type "services.msc" (no quotes) and then hit enter.

 

Find FlexNet Licensing Service in the list. What is it set to?

It has no status and it's says manual. I have to options to start it manual, automatically (with a delay) or to switch it off

Set it up so that is done automatically. Try this - click on your user name in upper right corner, click on My Profile, click on Edit My Profile, click on Signature, in Edit Signature enter your first and last name, click save  and your name will be on all of your posts.
