New order for X-Plane

Featured Replies

Hey all,

Just wanted to share as I'm pretty excited about a new order.

Tomorrow I am going from using a cheap joystick to this:

Can't wait as I'm really hoping they will add a lot of immersion for XP.

Does anyone have any advice regarding setting this all up, or is it pretty much plug and play?

You should be very happy with your purchase. I've had this combo for over 10 years and they still function properly.

Same here. My combos is so old I only have 1 axis controller by the throttle/prop/mix levers.  I use them daily for hours and they are indestructible.

I9 12900K @5.2Ghz  64 GB DDR4, RTX 4090, Win 11 Pro, 15 TB on 5 SSD's

I've had mine now for about 13 years and still working well.

KBJC, Colorado.

Plug and play.  You shouldn't need any software.  Just go into your X-Plane "Joystick Stettings" and set up your axis assignments and your button assignments, calibrate, and you should be ready to go!

Have fun.  These will add so much more realism to the simulator.

Don't get lured into trying to rebuild the yoke system with rubber bands!  It will void your warranty and just isn't worth the effort. Believe me, I have been that route and have rebuilt it with the original springs.
