Install PMDG 777 and 737 on a new computer

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have bought a new computer and want to move my planes ( the PMDG 777 and the 737) to that computer. When I try to active the planes I get a "unable to reach the server" message. What Do I need to do to sove this problem?

I have already uninstalled the planes and PMDG from the old computer.

Right-click the executable of your sim and select Run As Administrator, (if not already set to that), and try again..   Also, make certain that your comp is online.  If all else fails, try a restart from power-off.

Thomas,

Check my post up at the top of the forum- we are causing your problem at the moment (Sorry!) but we will have activation back online ASAP...

Hi rsrandazzo,

Are you guys still having problems with the activation server?

I have moved onto a new motherboard and the same hard drive, PMDG is after the activation code, and it's coming back with the same error as above.

I've tried the other options listed on various sites

- Firewall off

- AntiVirus off

- Run as Administrator

any other ideas?

Well, from the news posting, Robert indicated that he would post when all was back to normal. As of right now, he has not posted such news, so it is fair to assume that they are still working on the activation servers.
