If you got it on the third of this month then you are indeed running the latest version.I'd still download SP2 and try to apply it. One of two things will happen -- it will apply the patch or it will tell you that the files are already up to date. If the files are up to date you hav the latest version. If the patch actually runs then let it apply and see if that helps.

I thought the latest was SP2.1 and not SP2?

Erm . . . possibly. I didnt pay close attention to the version number -- whichever one is available for download from the LDS web site is the latest one.
