September 17, 20169 yr Ok, for those still following along at home...... here is an update. Turns out that my below scenery problem only occurs when I first set up and load from the FSX Free Flight menu screen. Any aircraft, any destination scenery, time or season. If I then exit from the airport when I have loaded sub-scenery and then re- load the exact same situation immediately from the FSX Free Flight screen as before, the problem disappears!!? Hows that for weird? Andrew That is weird! The only slightly similar scenario I have come across is that if I start a saved flight in paused mode, the aircraft is sometimes partially sunk below ground level but, as soon as I unpause it, everything returns to normal. However I doubt if that observation is going to help your problem! The only other long shot I can think of would be to uninstall Orbx Germany North and possibly the other scenery areas you recently installed and see if the problem disappears. Bill
