Precision approach (ILS) how to set decision height question

How do you set decision height on a precision approach?

 

On a non-precision approach - I am able to set the approach using the CFG popup and my mouse wheel.

 

Yes I was under 14000 feet when I tried.  Haven't flown the JS41 much lately.

 

Love your products and the JS41.
