For what it's worth....after failing with the ISO thang,

I formatted the USB to NTFS and just did a simple

copy and paste of Disc-1 and it appears to work fine. 

Put the DVD back into it's box.

We (Aerosoft) will sell the box version and the digital download version of X-Plane 11.

The download version will require a key again.

For the box version, I can not say anything about copy protection

There will be an upgrade price for owners of the Aerosoft Box version X-Plane 10 after the release is out.

This will be at 49.99 euros. So for Aerosoft Box owners (X-Plane 10) it is a good idea to wait for the release ...

 

X-Plane 11 will be available with STEAM too. But the handling is still completely open. Also the appointment.
