November 7, 20169 yr Hi, Like in the title. This knob seems do nothing. No big deal, just curious, I wanted just to know what does it, what is it used for ? I have found nothing in the manual that refer to this button. Thanks and Regards, Richard Portier If the aircraft is upset and the Directional Gyro (DG) needs to balance itself again, the fast erect button speeds up that process. It also can level the gyro with the vertical axis of the aircraft when you are straight and level but the gyro is still upset for some reason. Its mostly a useless feature but its interesting to see it included. If you would like to test it, I would say do a hard bank and try to upset the gyro. Let me guess.... you want 64bit. November 8, 20169 yr Author Thank you Josh for answering, I tried to upset the giro without success. Like I wrote no big deal. Now I know what is the "DG Fast Erect" Regards, Richard Portier Richard Portier MAXIMUS VI FORMULA|Intel® Core i7-4770K [email protected] x8|NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080ti|M16GB DDR3|Windows10 Pro 64|P3Dv5|AFS2|TrackIr5|Saitek ProFlight Yoke + Quadrant + Rudder Pedal|Thrustmaster Warthog A10|
