December 5, 20169 yr Sometimes it's really helpful to know a poster's computer specs when reading their suggestions for diagnosing or fixing a problem, or to get a sense of how various components are working in relation to one another. It used to be that we posted our specs in the signature area of our profile, but a couple of years ago that was changed to entering the information in our profiles. Now I can't find the information I transferred to my own profile when that change was made, and can't find computer specs in other members' profiles either. Did I miss another change along the way or am I just not seeing how to access the specs? What is the status of this? Thanks. - Jev McKee, AVSIM member since 2006. December 5, 20169 yr Exactly the question I had. I have now resorted to putting specs back in my signature! I am awaiting the Avsim police to hammer me for it, but yet to happen. So I wonder if it was a u-turn on that policy? Edit: Elaine beat me to that post. Thanks for the link!
