Okay...so my ATR does not work anymore since I uninstalled FS2Crew....as usual you computer savvy folks have made it impossible to uninstall a program from the proper Windows menu...If you can't allow us to uninstall the program, then don't offer the program...what a waste of money this was...I just want to fly my ATR, but now I can't because it will not uninstall properly. I do not have 10 hours to sit around and try and learn a whole new system of starting up my aircraft to use your program. So, I tried to uninstall, but now won't work at all. Nice. I am active in the VA community, and I will NOT recommend your program to anyone.

Well, if you had bothered to read the information on the FS2Crew website you would have realized that this add-on is designed to make the experience MORE realistic, not less. It does indeed reequire you to operate the aircraft properly. Don't blame the developers because YOU don't want to bother to take the time to operated the aircraft properly. As far as uninstall, I've done that a couple of times with no problems so it sounds like an issue with YOUR machine not the product. If nothing else, just reinstall the ATR.FS2Crew is an outstanding program with fantastic support and I believe the FS community will support me on this. It's annoying as #### for folks to badmouth a product because THEY don't have a clue what they are doing.

Agree with George on this one. Firstly, FS2Crew is obviously a product desgined to integrate with the ATR (in this case). Equally obvious, uninstalling is likely to be a slightly more complicated affair than a double click. If you can't manage it, whatever were you doing buying it - and the ATR - in the first place? :-rollNext, reinstalling the ATR takes about a minute to a minute and a half, depending on your system. Finally, FS2Crew can be uninstalled easily, as George says. So where is the problem do you think? And if there is a problem, why don't you tell us what it IS, and ask for help, not just come stomping in and trashing the addon because YOU can't make it work?Yes, George is right. It IS annoying as #### for folks!}(Allcott

No offense my friend, BUT it sounds like the ATR is just a wee bit too complicated for you and your system to begin with. People who don't wish to fly it by the numbers, shouldn't buy 'procedural' sims to begin with. It was YOUR responsibility to ck out the program BEFORE you bought it . . . thats the problem with this world today, NOBODY wants to take responsibility for their own actions -- its much easier to blame someone else. You'd probably be happier if you uninstalled both programs and just flew the default aircraft.Clayhttp://www.dreamfleet2000.com/gfx/images/F...ers/Dopke01.jpgClayton T. Hmm from what it seems like is that trfoxsail wants to UNINSTALL the FS2crew and just fly the ATR as he originally had. I think a re-install of the ATR would solve his problem, which takes a few minutes only.

If you don't activate FS2Crew you can fly the ATR without it being enabled. If Trfoxsail wants to post his question or issue in the FS2Crew Support forum we'll be happy to answer it properly. I think most people would agree that FS2Crew provides among the best support in the business. All the best,Bryan

Indeed Bryan. One look at the FS2CREW Forum shows very active and prompt support. So Trfoxsail, take a breather bud then if and when you are ready to get along with this again the support will be there for you.cheersGreghttp://www.fs2crew.com/linepilot.jpg
