I was trying to fly into Block island state KBID and I can't find it under Airports does it have another identifier?

Garmin changed the handling of their database because it gets so big. You have to use either a nav database that is for North America and has almost all airports, or the worldwide that has only airports with runways above a certain feet, 3000 ft I think.

Suggest posting in the Flight1 GTN Support Forum..

 

The current Flight 1 gauge allows you to choose WW or NA navdata.
