"the specified account already exist" is the notice I get when trying to reinstall p3d. I just renewed win 10 and was trying to install p3d again but no luck. My p3d is on drive D and win 10 is on drive C. I did not uninstall p3d on D drive and did this all before with no problems but this time I get the warning and install stalls.

Anyone? I emailed support but the last I did that it took weeks. 

Have you tried uninstalling the client and then reinstalling? My guess is that you changed enough on your system to flag it as a new install but without first uninstalling, it will block you.

Client does not show up in add/remove programs because my p3d is on drive D and the other parts that were on drive C are gone with the win 10 reinstall that wiped C with format. So, no I cannot uninstall it. 

One error:   0x80070643 appears to be a permissions issue.

 

Also... next time... do the right thing... uninstall your p3D client before wiping your OS.

Yes if you check the log I posted is shows "failed to execute MSI package"

As for permissions I did try to install via admin. 

disable all windows defender or anti virus software including UAC and try and install again as admin

There is nothing you can do. You are trying to activate an already active licence.
