It's relatively easy. You can add new aircraft, models and paints through the UI pretty easily. I believe the instructions are in the user manual to do so. If you want to add a new airline or flight plans you need to install Powe Pack found here-> http://ut2.flight1.net/index.php/downloads/ut2-power-pack.html i dont think you can, UT2 is heavily outdated, i switched to WOAI and just install whatever updates they come out with It maybe be an older program but is very easily configurable to add new paints, models and airlines using the tools it comes with.
