We have released Weather Maker Pro 4 (Patch 4.1.0) and is available for download at:http://www.weather-maker.com/files/wmproupdate41.zipThe following items are a general list of fix items:1.) Fix primary function of loading in all weather areas of WMPRO4. We have removed the system tray icon and procedure with a popup window and progressbar.2.) Added new Clear Weather Function. You no longer have to select the Clear All weather theme in FS9. (This is should solve all issues with the UI Generated Flt.flt file being selected.3.) Fixed the EDWS system. This apparently was not working correctly for Turbulence and Visibility. These engines have been fixed.4.) A few other general fixes and enhancements.Please do not uninstall the previous version for this is required to install this update.Also, you will be required to enter you registration key again to unlock the newer version.

I have to say your support is great. Finally decided to purchase it. Great add-on. Still not perfect in the handling IMHO, but more than good enough for me anyway.Fills a gap not well served (random weather, custom weather) by any other tool.Now, I have AS6, Wetter 2004 and WM4 for all my weather needs!Great support, BTW!Andreas

Hi Andreas;. . . ok. . . I have AS6 - and now AS6, plus Flight Environment. I have heard that " the clouds are better" in FE, so I'm using that combination for a few weeks, and then I'll switch to AS to get a feel for their clouds. My question is - because I've never heard of the two you mention - What do they do that AS5/6 doesn't do?pj

I just bought Active Sky and so far I'm please with it. But it's always good to have choices, so I will probably be adding Weathermaker Pro to my inventory in the near future. It's always encouraging to see developers filling out niches with additional programs. Plus, I like switching around and trying different combinations of programs. (Right now I think that Active Sky generates the superior cloud textures compared to FE - Active Sky's clouds also seem to be, even at their highest quality settings, much less of a framerate hog compared to FE's textures).ricardo

We have released our second patch for Weather Maker Pro 4.0.There was an issue of current weather loading every 2 minutes and clearing the weather in that time.
