February 1, 20179 yr I recently bought the 747V3 and updated the ops center as well, when I try to head to "download livery" section I received this error. I deleted everything in the ops center folder except the OC Updater.exe and tried to re-install it from there and I received the same error below when I try to head to the "download livery" section of the ops center. Anyone got any ideas to fix this error?02/01/17 14:23:33 Exception: Unknown Exception at 0x6F9EAF3E6F960000 C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MSVCR100.dll +0008AF3E (0, 0, 0)6F960000 C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MSVCR100.dll +0008AF8A (0, 0, 0)093E0000 c:\program files (x86)\pmdg operations center\Product Module 747 QOTSII.dll +0001AE72 (FFFFFFFF, E376C90, 10)61250000 C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\Cabinet.dll +00011160 (FFFFFFFF, E376C90, 10)61250000 C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\Cabinet.dll +00010772 (10, 93FAE50, E377F6C)61250000 C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\Cabinet.dll +0000EA4F (9419C5C, 0, 93FA770)093E0000 c:\program files (x86)\pmdg operations center\Product Module 747 QOTSII.dll +0001A3E9 (30A6470, E37F1C8, 9419C5C)093E0000 c:\program files (x86)\pmdg operations center\Product Module 747 QOTSII.dll +00023061 (F9EAA27C, 0, 94953E0) Kenny Situ

February 1, 20179 yr Author I had the same error like that today. I removed everything exept the updater. So i started the updater and it has worked for me. In the that folder i left only OC updater. I did the same thing as you do where I removed everything in that folder except for the update. I started the updater and it reinstalled everything in the folder and tried to livery downloader page and I still got the same error Kenny Situ
February 1, 20179 yr Commercial Member Kenny, Did you run the updater as an administrator? Are you running the OC as an administrator? Kyle Rodgers
February 1, 20179 yr Author I have run the updater as an administrator and I am running the OC as an admin. When the it did some of the livery data, it would stop at the Air Atlanta Icelandic (TF-AAL 2016) it would crash Edited February 1, 20179 yr by ac787 Kenny Situ

March 2, 20188 yr Luiz, you might consider adding some more information such as if you have assigned admin rights to the OC, if this happens when selecting the download livery section or when downloading a livery. The problem with pasting an old thread is that your situation might be a tiny bit different. Dan Downs KCRP
