New Frankfurt Airport w/ the BAC 1-11

Featured Replies

Last night just before bed I filmed a small video ( 30MB - 4m 30s roughly in length ) of the new free BAC 1-11 and the new Mega Airport Frankfurt scenery from Aerosoft. It's worth a look, but then again, I'm biased! :(http://chicago054.server4free.de/jeff/movi...toFrankfurt.wmv

wow! your videos are always amazing JeffThat scenery is beautiful, I might have to pick this up and do some flying around Europe. Do the little cars yield for you when taxing?

JeffSuperb video mate! I really enjoyed that. Made me see what I'm missing being stuck on FS2K2 on my steam powered computer :-)http://online.vatsimindicators.net/916312/3.png

Over 10 years here and AVSIM is still my favourite FS site :-)

Do the little cars yield for you>when taxing?Afraid not Alex :) That would be a huge performance hit to have it check every pixel if there's a plane nearby. They just plow through you if you sit there :)

Great video Jeff!!! Man, that freeway right before the runway is so awsome!!! That vid looked like it was straight off a340.net well done!

Wonderful video, Jeff. Some quite non-standard approaches there. ;-) What do you use to move about the VC Like that? Active Camera or Walk and Follow or what? I've been thinking about getting one of those.

>Wonderful video, Jeff. Some quite non-standard approaches>there. ;-) My first day with this CH Yoke, been using ajoystick for a looong time. ( used to fly helicopters, so a yoke was out of the question ) I know I came in a little low, but oh well, visual approach ;)>What do you use to move about the VC Like that? >Active Camera or Walk and Follow or what? Still waiting for the movie to download but it sounds yummy!!

Fabulous video

That's the best flightsim video I've ever seen, amazing! :-)-Paul

Hi Jeff,I have a small question regarding Track IR:I read on the Website something about resolution beeing 719x290 (TrackIR 4 Pro). What does that mean? Is this the screen-resolution (which means you have to switch to another / lower resolution with Track IR)?Thanks for your answer.Regards, Roger

That's their internal resolution numbers I guess. The resolution of your screen isn't the same as theirs. If you want more information, leave them a message on their forum at www.naturalpoint.com

I used to work in one of those buildings you buzzed. ;-)
