February 12, 20179 yr Has any one else had an issue with the GPU and ground air not disconnecting? Of my nine flights it has only happened twice, in both cases I click the button beside release for both and nothing happens. In the other 7 flights it works fine so I'm not sure if I'm doing something different or what...anyone else? February 12, 20179 yr If you have the animated option turned on you need to wait for it to be disconnected. Just look outside and you'll see a small car driving up to your airplane, hooking up the GPU and driving away with it. You can of course turn this off and make it instantanious in the PMDG - OPTIONS menu in the CDU. With kind regards, Bogdan Misko.

February 13, 20179 yr Good morning! I´ve been browsing through the manuals and FMC-menus, but haven´t found out were to hook the external power cart to the plane - only the jetway plugs. Where do you find the GPU? -Gert Barring
February 13, 20179 yr Commercial Member Press the line select key right next to where it says "DUAL JETWAY PLUGS" and watch the option change. Kyle Rodgers

Sorry for waisting 10sec of your life Thank you for the amazing airplane and support.
