I'd like some people to recommend some good screen capture programs for FSX. The default screenshot is good but always turns out to be a .bmp file, which is a hassle because most programs do not support .bmp & Instagram does not either, meaning I have to always convert it, which makes everything hard.

 

Snipping Tool is not an option.
