February 17, 20179 yr I changed OS and had to start from scratch. First of all I am not very happy that I have to download all my orbx purchases again via the new FTX central. I have all the installers from the flightsimstore! I live in a remote area without ISP competition so i pay rip off prices for internet with low download limits so it will take me several months to get all my products without paying massive over data charges. How do i save the installers / download files for future installs? Thanks Pete Richards I've owned every version of flight simulator since Flight Simulator 3.0 in 1988. Windows 11 Pro loaded on a 4TB Gen5 Crucial T700 SSD, 4TB Samsung 990 Pro SSD, Ryzen 9 7950x3d, AS Rock X670e Taichi Motherboard, Gigabyte Gaming RTX 4090 OC 24GB, 64GB (2x32GB) Viper Venom DDR5-6000MT/s, MSI 32" MAG 321UPX QD-OLED 260hz 4K Gaming Monitor.
February 17, 20179 yr as I recall, orbx has a download option for all of its sceneries.I suggest you check www.orbxdirect.com. or, more simply if you have FTX central you will find a download option for all your purchased scenery as well as freeware. But, either way, you will be burning some Internet money. You might also want to take this question to the ORBX forums for more specific answers. Hope this helps you solve your problem. Good luck Sherm
February 18, 20179 yr Present FTX downloads won´t help a bit, they are just zipped files without installers. They don´t work standalone as the FSS installers did.
