Need help locating an add on I once saw

I am trying to find this visual add on that i saw not too long ago in a video and that I cannot find again, I will try to explain it...what the video was showing was this special visual effects where when flying in to a cloud, upon hitting the windshield, you could see cloud material sliding/flowing super fast on the windshield as opposed to just disappear. Does anyone know which add on software this is?

You're looking for Active Sky 16 by HiFi.  If you get it, I strongly suggest buying this weekend as its 30% off; look at ASCA and ENVTEX  too.  If you couple those products with AS2016, you'll have an incredibly immersive experience.

thank you for your reply. I have ASN, i guess i can get the upgrade package...and thank you for the weekend sale event hint.

 

One more question, do you guys use also 737 IMMERSION and/or PrecipitFX and do these add to/complement ASN or AS16 or overlap/messup things...i'm getting confused with all these add ons, one day someone will have to make a software to make a hierarchical list of all the adds on for P3d or FSX
