So I found a brand new PFC 737 yoke ( Desktop version ) on eBay for CAD$900 shipped. Considering its $2000 in Canada that's a great price. I currently have been using a saitek yoke for a about 6 years but it has a horrible centre spot. Is the PFC Yokes a vast improvement?

Cheers.

I've owned every version of flight simulator since Flight Simulator 3.0 in 1988.

Windows 11 Pro loaded on a 4TB Gen5 Crucial T700 SSD, 4TB Samsung 990 Pro SSD, Ryzen 9 7950x3d, AS Rock X670e Taichi Motherboard, Gigabyte Gaming RTX 4090 OC 24GB, 64GB (2x32GB) Viper Venom  DDR5-6000MT/s, MSI 32" MAG 321UPX QD-OLED 260hz 4K Gaming Monitor.

I have a PFC desktop yoke and it has been excellent.  I've had several desktop yokes and joysticks through the years and none of them came close to my PFC yoke.

I have had a PFC SAAB Desktop yoke for about seven years now & yes to me it was a vast improvement over the previous Saitek & CH Yokes I had. Super smooth & excellent switches. Doesn't have a hat switch but if you have TrackIR you don't need it.

Recently replaced my Saitek Throttles with PFC also. Again vast improvement. No more jumping throttles in the VC & again super smooth.

So I ended up getting that Yoke for just $150 :) It arrive with internal damage so the seller offered to refund and reduce the final sale to $150 instead of me returning it as that was going to cost him $200 in postage. He said he paid US$300 for it at a government auction so he would rather take a loss and refund instead of taking it back.  The yoke was indeed brand new but the usb port was completely broken off. I emailed PFC and they said it was $95 + $50 shipping for a replacement USB & board. They shipped it last Friday and it arrived yesterday. It took me all of 5 minutes to replace. The Yoke works perfectly now. So all up I am into this PFC 737 desktop Yoke for about $400 Canadian. Not bad when its CAD$1959.95 plus tax and shipping here in Canada. I'm thrilled to bits and it feels superb compaired to the saitek yoke. http://www.dix30simulation.com/store/p159/PFC_-_Cirrus_Boeing_737_-_CY-B737-USB.html
