I had to navigate to Windows/Fonts folder and delete the shortcut there, and after that reboot my machine, and I was able to delete it. Thank god! June 2, 20179 yr Have had this problem for a year. Just ignored the old folder. None of the normal procedures or special deletion programs worked. Good to see there's a way to actually do it.
