June 18, 20178 yr Also, if you are copying and pasting the license number from an email, or from your product download link on the PMDG web site, be sure you aren't accidentally introducing any leading or trailing spaces ahead of or behind the number when you paste it into the activation window. June 18, 20178 yr Author Hi, As usual, fat fingered the key. To my defense, the key was on another PC - had to e-mail myself the activation key to use copy/paste. However, after that worked like a charm Thanks guys Brgds Juergen Mader
