No external views in P3D v4

Just installed PMDG 747 and 777 in P3D v4

In both planes, I cannot setup any external or static views. The option of adding a view is missing. Internal works ok

I have a question?
It is possible that I with an Outside Camera View a sound file can play with in Cabin noise and not the sound from the outside.
It would be cool to have such View like looking outside the Plane.

If all fails, read the manual :) (that's what I did)

In the presets, first click on the "outside" column heading and then on the "+"
