I can not move the view point at all (773 in p3d v4)

I don't think it's a 77W issue but rather a ChasePlane one.  Are you on the experimental branch?  I am having the same issue with the 77L and the TFDi 717 using the latest build (v0.3.20 beta exp).  The black flickering when switching presets is also back.  Posted in the FSFXP forums.

Have you checked your key bindings to ensure there's no overlap? Could you at least give us more details? Did you install the 773 correctly (i.e. full uninstall reinstall)?

If I read that correctly you are tying to use the 777-300 in v4 of P3D as far as I'm aware it hasn't been released for v4 yet but should be shortly

I downloded 773er v.8378 entirety file in pmdg hompage ( previous puchase). chaseplane works well in 777-200 and 747-400 , but not works only 777-300er. key setting is unperverted

i confirm, 777-300 brand new installed in V4 chase plane key doesnt work

777-200 all fine

they fixed it now for V4
