July 8, 20178 yr Moderator Do you not have a volume control on your keyboard? Do you not have a volume control in your W10 taskbar? Not sure what the problem is Michael. Why program a hot key? If you're going to use the keyboard, use the volume control built in? If you want to use the mouse, use the windows volume control.
