Yup, its out.

 

We are all connected..... To each other, biologically...... To the Earth, chemically...... To the rest of the Universe atomically.

If you get it working it should work fine but imho it is too complicated. I see lots of posts of people having problems with it (crashes of the tool, scenery not being generated, not understanding anything of the tutorial, etc.). And it's not just one tool: you need a few more. Imho this tool is meant for those who are serious into scenery creation: for a regular flightsimmer who simply likes to fly this is way too much trouble. It isn't a one click solution like Ortho4XP is (even I could create some scenery with that one!). And you also end up with only flat photoreal scenery, so no autogen, no airports, no nothing. You need to add all that too (for which you will need costly modeling programs) unless you like flying above empty photoreal (which I don't).
