Normally, in a situation like this, I would submit a ticket and post here, so in case anybody happened to have the same issue, they could chime in, and if there was a solution that came through the ticket system, I'd follow up here, so if anybody had the same issue, they could try the same steps to resolve it. July 18, 20178 yr HI Rudy, I've had this happen a few times, and I have posted about it. I wanted to submit a ticket but got hindered by the ticket system password situation email already in use etc, so sadly I never managed that. But you are not alone, I too have seen this. Sander Rutte
