No thrust and no rudder

Recommended Posts

What is going on with the 737-800 in Prepar3D v4? Normal set-up in cold&dark. Everything loaded without any problems. After push-back and a normal engine start sequence
i advanced the throttles but no engine response/spool up. Power levers itself moving forward but the engines are keeping at iddle thrust. All flight controls are working except the rudder. I have response in FSUIPC5 and also in the standard Prepar hardware settings.

No issues at all here so it's definitely your setup. Assign the controllers in P3D, not FSUIPC. Move your FSUIPC.ini to the desktop from the P3D modules folder and let it rebuild.

For the rudder i understand but if the throttle levers are moving forward or if i hit the "hidden" toga position on the mcp and i see the throttle levers moving to max. but the engines keep at idle i don't thinks it is a controller problem. For your info: The start sequence is working normal. N2 rotation-fuel on, rising EGT and oilpressure so that is it. Has it something to do whit  the Prepar3d V4 software?

As Chris mentioned: FSUIPC. I'm relatively certain that's the issue here. Temporarily remove the .ini file from the <sim>\Modules folder, and I'm willing to bet the issue goes away.
