I started to experience an issue with my mouse which I did not have before. Once I load the sim and start my SPAD.next for the saitek equipments and choose by flight plan , date and time,  I press load before even having the flight loaded the mouse stops working. It moves very  strange and generates a sound like beep every time I touch it or move it. I also tried my trackball on my keyboard same thing happening. Must restart the sim and then I get again the same issue . I am unable to start any flight. 

I appreciate any help

Does this happen if you disable SPAD? Some people have had conflicts using it.

no i have the same experience as van without starting the sim I was told it is due to using too much USB ports but my sim was working before ok this is a new issue I started experience . I even disconnected a hub with 8 USB still I get the same issue 

Itis definitely to do with the USB , I have lots and if I turn some off while P3D is running the mouse behaves as described , make sure your USB port and devices are not turned off by WIN 10 , also sometimes an update will change all your power settings..

Also make sure that you are not in either mouse yoke or mouse look modes.
