Years ago, while working as a Manager for Radio Shack, we had it drummed into our heads that "The lifetime value of a customer is worth far more than a single sale."As evidence of this, in the small town of Warsaw, Indiana, I had more than a few customers who were "third generation" shoppers!However, while I'll agree that this is certainly true most of the time, there are (as always!) some exceptions... ;)There are some who wouldn't be satisfied if you refunded double their purchase price, let them keep the product free, shot your entire family to death and then hanged yourself :-hang Fr.
