I have both the FSX SE and PREPARED v4 so when I open FTX Central there are two choices to pick from. When I click on North America in both sims all seven regions that I have there is an ' N/A 'in each region. All of my airports don't have that. Is this normal?

Do you mean "N/A".....or do you mean "NA" is in, err, North America?

na as in not available. It could be North America, just wanted to check to see what others are seeing.

Same here.   The NA above the region name indicates that it's for North America, so perfectly normal. 

The airports have their four letter designation in the same relative position.
