September 28, 20178 yr When I go to the Notifications page of the OPCTR, I have the following: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3XfUg8sy1RAT0swQnJ2dkRXZWc/view?usp=sharing The Change Log associated with the 777 update looks like this https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3XfUg8sy1RAVGx4X2pBaFgzZ0E/view?usp=sharing After selecting (777) Install Update and OK, the update appears to run in a command prompt box, and then the update notification disappears. However, when close the OPCTR and then restart it, the same notification has returned. Does this mean that the update has failed? If so, how do I troubleshoot/correct the problem? PS: The same sequence of events occurs when I tried to install the 737 update also shown in the notifications displayed in the first image above. Thanks Eric Dziura Eric Dziura
